Throughout the my tenure at Synergics Solutions, I've found it challenging to pin point any specific area of discontent, as the company consistently meets an exceeds my professional expectations.

My experience with Synergics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was deeply frustrating and unprofessional. I received an offer letter immediately after an interview, prompting me to resign from my current job. However, just a couple of days later, I received a call retracting the job offer due to a management decision. This left me in a precarious position, having already resigned. The lack of professionalism and empathy in this experience is alarming. I strongly advise caution to anyone considering this company.

Dislikes

Worst company to work with no job security,Boss culture and they treat employees like slave. They don't train their employees and on asking help they will never help .Pathetic work culture .They fire 1-2 individual every month and everytime the excuse is that we are not able to work properly but the truth is they don't train people . Don't ever join this organisation.
