...ly imposed micromanagement of employees (something which did not exist earlier). Pay scale increments / promotions are poor despite good and stable performance. Job security is at risk if and when a project gets pulled back by client.

INC Research is a better place to start your career with, companybis open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable. friendly enviornment, supporting teammates, work life balance is excellent. And plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, we need to work 10-11 hours strqight in a day. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strenghts. I do receive appreciation emails from my cloent. But they mostly go unnoticed. If effects the employee hired on a contractual roles. Their stability in the company is insecure. Just the draw back they can never be sure whether their hard work would be considered or not and would be given a regular pay role in the INC Research family.

Dislikes

If you're in need of a job, they will pay you less even if you have desired experience. There is no job security. They fire people from "team" (not organization) every month or two. The HRs & managers are very rude and unprofessional. Everyday you have to work for 12 or more hours and there's no extra pay. You have to login in any shift from 3 & 4 AM to 2 PM. There's zero management. No stability and work life balance.

1-Most hired managers are not upto the mark 2-Huge office politics are going on which was not there previously when the company was public 3-Inhuman pressure at work, I mean we should take pressure at work which will lead to growth of the company but not at the cost of our health 4-No cab/commute facilities 5-Worst manual leave policy within project 6-In short, everything got downgraded after it became private company

Slow growth and limited opportunities Less compensation no annual bonuses No annual event or team lunches( I only got twice in aurat team lunch invite) Micromanagement at its peak
