Intially only 1 thing that is salary and appraisal were good which motivated people to join synechron now that is also decreasing. So i would rather say nothing.

Dislikes

There is no job security. This company can be renamed as hire and fire. Even when it is hiring people from 1 door it might be firing resource of same technology from another door. many of friends are fired which motivated me to move out at right time .There is micro managment. Everything is in hands of mangers no hr keen policy. People who are mangers fav go up on ladder. And hard working and smart workers are valued only by few. Very few mangers are intelligent and value good resources. I dont know how few mangers even became mangers they have no knowledge only thing they know is how to do politices and how to divide and rule. Seriously they are good for nothing struck at same place for ages with no knowledge

...ill terminate you in 45 days. Even if they want they will do before 45 days too. Salary hike will be based on client's review only.

I liked the culture of synechron office, and Salary structure.

Nothing such as dislike because , things which i didn’t like is from client side. like no work life balance and unnecessary pressure, no job security.

They are providing good salary .. nothing is better other that this .

If you have the confidence like after the loose the job from synechron you can get the job within few weeks on your technical skills then you can join synechron for better salary

Okayish job security, they don't directly fire people, provide initial help needed to settle down in a new place country.

... need support at night or weekend or even at new year. Old mentality management Very low salary or compensation as compared to market competition. People with No skills are Managing the people with skills.
