Work life balance. Managers are very cooperative. You get best salary hike here among the companies at the time of joining. Company care about their employee.

My last project was not challenging as compare to my first project in this organization. Most of the project's time is 12 PM to 9 PM.

The grow is untracked . Random team change . You might not be in same technology which you are hired for. It's your luck if you get latest and boon if you get into old tech working from new tech .

Compensation offered is handsome. Synechron is into Fintech, and works on advanced technologies like AWS hence long term career perspective is bright.

At some point of time, the work is kind of support hence can cause inconvenience to the work profile. No formal KT sessions at the beginning of tenure causes issue.
