salary timing not fixed. No job security No Tea coffee, Snacks. (tea coffee vending machine is there) Working under CCTV with voice recording, Unhealthy work environment, to work under Wooden dust which is their due to production of wooden stock. No ventilation, No proper management to run factory. Lot of chamcha giri

If you know your job and give your 100 percent , the opportunities are immense. Being a female majority work force makes it all the more special

The Management needs to be impartial in its treatment of employees and should encourage healthy competition to get the best out of their human resources.

Staff is good, very supportive. Company is good for learning only.

There is no value for Hard work here, expectation level of management is very high always but no appreciation whatever you have done for the company. Not good for long term. pressure lever is always on higher side.

In short- Working with enjoyment, professionalism, job security and growth... Company's policies are very employee friendly and flexible which I have never seen before for eg- one leave per month during probation which generally not provided by other companies and two leaves per month after confirmation which can be consumed or encashed with salary or accumulated as per the need of an employee, work timings are very flexible not rigid to pressurize employees to join in rush, additional facility of six hours in a month as short leave.... No full day or half day deductions...Apart from leaves additional fixed Summer & Winter vacations per year which is an ice on cake to rejuvenate with family. Never ever have enjoyed such facilities in my professional career of 35 years... Here is transparent system to work with intellectual management, feeling safe after joining as Company's business is very stable and moving in right and growing direction technically. Attrition level is very low, 100% job security for even satisfactory performers which are being trained and groomed. Friendly seniors and co-workers. As company is growing so administration is also improving gradually.

Nothing as such but I feel parking area can be enhanced and defaulters/non-performers should not be entertained and chucked out for better system in future...

nothing was likable in this company there are only pressor of old employees and very big pad policy of chamchagiri
