Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The company offers its employees the opportunity to grow.And form the outside, training for new technologies is also made available to its employees.In this way, the work and continuous efforts made by the company in the interest of employees provide motivation for the employees to move forward.

Dislikes

The work pressure is vary high sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day. Also, there is no on-job training for Freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pai sometimes.
