Total fraud company, they give u zero salary even working 24/7. No matter how good you are no one can stay more than a month, exactly on Salary day they remove you without any notice.

They make you work 24/7 and at the salary day without notice they remove you, nobody picks the call. They just take money without giving any salary.

Management is good and the learning curve has been great so far. Currently its work from home but have visited the Kolkata office during my promotion from Associate to Team Lead. Its target oriented but work culture is good as managers are understanding. I have got a team handling role which my previous organization didn't give me hence looking for a long term journey with them as there is job appreciation here.

The work environment is good, as its currently work from home have met my team twice. My senior is supportive as well, Growth aspect is great, I joined as a TL and in 5months have been promoted to BDM based on my performance.

Work culture is good, managers are understanding and motivating unlike other edtech players. Colleagues are in the young age group, blend of freshers and experienced candidates
