Its a fraud organization they don't give salary they dint do studies as well all are fake reports they dont have payments to clear employees, no project simply they are saying project is there. Reports are all generated fake, Management is big disaster they dont have humanity they dont clear FNF payments, salary keeps on bulling employees i suggest not to join this organisation even if you dont have job rather than spoiling the carrier there, many cases are there on syncorp still they bother least.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

A Disastrous Experience at Syncorp Health Pvt Ltd I must begin by expressing my utter disappointment and frustration with Syncorp Health Pvt Ltd. My time as an employee at this company was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I joined until the day I left, I encountered numerous issues that reflect poorly on the company and its management. First and foremost, Syncorp Health Pt Ltd demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. The management seemed oblivious to the needs and concerns of their employees. They consistently failed to address important issues, leaving us feeling unheard and undervalued. There was a severe lack of transparency, and any attempt to seek clarity or provide feedback was met with apathy or dismissed altogether. Moreover, the work environment at Syncorp Health Pvt Ltd was toxic and demoralizing. There was an evident culture of favoritism, where certain individuals received preferential treatment while others were left to struggle. This created an atmosphere of division and resentment among the employees. Additionally, the workload was unreasonably high, with unrealistic deadlines and constant pressure to meet targets (which is not at all defined because there is no project). The company failed to provide adequate resources and support, leading to a stressful and unsustainable work environment. Furthermore, the company's management displayed a shocking disregard for employee well-being. Despite numerous requests for better work-life balance, there was no effort made to address this issue. Overtime was not compensated, and taking time off for personal reasons was discouraged or met with disapproval. The lack of consideration for employee mental and physical health was deeply concerning. In terms of career growth and development, Syncorp Health Pvt Ltd provided minimal opportunities. The company lacked a structured training program, mentorship, and growth pathways. Employees were left to navigate their professional journeys without guidance or support. This lack of investment in the growth of their workforce ultimately hindered individual progress and limited potential advancement within the company. Finally, the compensation and benefits package at Syncorp Health Pvt Ltd were grossly inadequate. Salaries were below industry standards, and promised bonuses or incentives were rarely fulfilled. The company's disregard for fair compensation further contributed to the overall dissatisfaction and disillusionment felt by employees. In conclusion, my experience as an employee at Syncorp Health Pt Ltd was incredibly disheartening. The company exhibited a complete lack of professionalism, integrity, and regard for its employees' well-being. The toxic work environment, lack of support, limited growth opportunities, and subpar compensation package make it a company I cannot recommend to anyone. Stay away from Syncorp Health Pt Ltd if you value your professional growth and well-being. Conclusion in Hindi: Overall madhar chood company and Mr. Deepak Gowda too. The Mr. Deepak Gowda is very arrogant person & he don’t know the ABCD of Quality and he is the president & QA head, bullsit guy Mr. Deepak Gowda.

Its the terrible work place I ever worked for . The behaviour of HR Specially Ramya C is so bad that instead of making harmony between the employees she threatens employees and ask few employees to stop talking to me as she never liked me personally And there is no learning , too much of micro management No appreciation to the deserving employees.
