I just worked there beacause I didn't had ajob fir a while first I thought as I have worked earlier this would be achange for me and I will get a good environment and learning from this job too but seriously that was a nightmare no rules no culture no protocol nothing not an organized company at all

In vivid pandemic they just didn't pay you else they started firing people worst company to work with.

...uently within a short period time like one month , No value for good workers, Don't provide salary & expenses in time of in full amount. Some times they totally don't give it

The organisation is known by there woking and adopts the latest technologies . I love the fact about the syncom was that is they giving opportunity to fresher to learn more and more and kept the valuable or important knowledge

I don't want to work with those who are ruining our country. Also Management have no money for employees salary but have money for stupid things and illigal/criminal activities.

Nothing to like in this company. If you are jobless and require job to continue your bread butter then join this company for 3-6 months. No future, No security, No ethics and No values. Even small retail shops functions better than this company. i strongly recommend don't go for this company.
