I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the salary deduction policy, specifically when it comes to deductions for being just two days late in the month. This seems quite stringent, as circumstances like illness or essential personal matters may arise. Additionally, inquiring about one's salary at the end of the month should not warrant a disrespectful response from HR and company owner Mr. Adarsh Srivastav. The alleged disrespectful and unprofessional behavior, coupled with the lack of job security, raises concerns about the work environment. It feels as if employees are treated more like casual laborers, susceptible to arbitrary termination without notice. I hope these issues can be addressed promptly to improve the overall workplace atmosphere.
