Synchrony financials is a great place to work . I have worked with the most kind and professional team . Mentors are very supportive. Synchrony cares about thier employees That's what it makes the company a great place to work.

Very less pay. You are forced to take calls even you move into other role. Pay is very very less. You can expect hike only upto 6% even you are excellant performer. Leaves are a big headache. You will have sufficient leave balance but no slots as usual to get approved. Pay is very very less across. You will get gifts quaterly and other occasions which they say that they are doing so much for employees. If pay slab is increased people will come forward to work and people will refer others.

Pay is very less. Only 3k per month hike you get every year. Hardly 30to 32k increase you get as yearly hike.

There is lot of flexibility, with good options for logins and logout.

...credit the same amount so each employee. Am sure 80% of them don't like goodies. Atleast bonus should be provided to motivate.

Synchrony does not provide the best salary in the market. Also as a Manager your work life balance is always a challenge
