Terrible and pathetic company to work. They put me on PIP and laid out just because I needed some help from my senior developers. Instead of helping me out and trainining me for peojects they put me on PIP. Worst management full of politics.

Higher Management (Overseas) who dominates completely over INDIA teams, there is no proper respect nor recognition for the hard work done to the team. Even HR teams bow their heads to Overseas management. Total domination actually collapsed the entire team of mine which I have worked with.

Career Growth comes with a challange. The environment will make you super comfortable and you'll feel like you'll detach yourself from new technologies.

Everything like: working with awesome teammates who were ready to help their peers, quarterly training session to upgrade skills. But the most interesting thing was absence of politics in our team.

Sometime appraisal was not as per Synchronoss Standards but far better than other leading service provider.

The team is really helpful and always ready to mentor the developers who are in need.. good to have a great team and the manager whom i directly report to, despite being a contractor, no such discrimination is there, you can get equal opportunity as compare to the full time employee in the company, the culture i needed to work is here..
