High politics and don't trust anyone on the team. I transferred between three teams and produced many high-quality UX solutions. But I haven't received any promotions or salary increments. I worked hard, but my manager took credit for everything.

...they conduct technical interview with python but in your role uts completely c#. *Salary hike is based on your rating. But they give only 2.5 to 3 rating in training period. Note; Easy phase is training but it's completed dificult if you're new to this field because I'm non IT field but I know python. *Importantly please forget your sleep and health for upto 8 to 10 months after that it's depends upon your team. No work life balance. *And there somany dislikes are there but if you investigate about this company they only portray this company like Job security, WFH, 6 months once hike. Please check this review with any friend is work in that company because it's completely true so please consider because I resign my core job because of this role but its end with termination, Now I'm jobless. Yes, they ask me resign my role from their company because of performance like this reason but I did my best.

I have serious concerns regarding the conduct of Mohanraj Raja, a motion graphics designer with 2.5 years of experience. He has consistently engaged in behavior that I perceive as detrimental to team morale and productivity. Specifically, I have witnessed Mohanraj Raja attempting to undermine Gowtham Murugan's reputation by spreading rumors during group calls when Gowtham Murugan is not on the call. These actions create a disruptive and negative work environment. Furthermore, Mohanraj Raja has demonstrated a consistent unwillingness to share knowledge or provide guidance, even when explicitly requested by Gowtham Murugan. He falsely claims to have provided knowledge transfers, hindering project progress. His approach to work and guidance often results in compromised output quality. He actively attempts to negatively impact other team members work quality by providing wrong guidance. Gowtham Murugan has been instrumental in ensuring quality output by providing thorough and timely reviews. However, Mohanraj Raja's actions are creating significant obstacles to the team's effectiveness. I believe that Mohanraj Raja's presence within the team poses a substantial risk to the Motion Graphics Team's overall performance and morale. I previously raised these concerns with Manoj, the UX team head, but no action has been taken. I urge you to reconsider this matter and take appropriate steps to address the situation. I am prepared to provide specific examples and further details if needed.

Dislikes

Salary will be low comparing to market standards and frst 2 years there will not be PF deduction. They will be telling every 6 months hike but comparitively low salary compared to other companies and will tell 10 % hike based on performance but even after 10% market standards will not meet.Too much work pressure and deadlines in the short span of time. No employee benefits rather than WFH.

Excellent career opportunity for freshers. Good initial salary and timings. Only pressure in release time working. No politics in company. Some politics played only bases on some teams. Appraisal based on only your talent. Overall excellent experience for freshers.
