Although you do not get an excellent salary, I must say that you get the proper compensation according to your skill. It is a good thing that after completing six months, you can also choose for the second position of such company, according to your skill and work performance. The best thing is that the salary is always available at your fixed time, perfect. Because I have seen and have my own experience that if the compensation is not received at the right time, the employees do not work with the right mind. This hurts the company directly.

...nd the management is transparent. There is a massive platform for future growth. And also, company policies are good, appraisals are fair, and they give good salary hikes and bonuses every year.

SyncCore is a fantastic organization that helps build an extraordinary professional with all the updated technologies and skill training. It helps its employees in their work-life balance and as well as in personal needs as well, which is very rare in the IT world. I sincerely appreciate the management and their support for me during the COVID time. Although I was a new resource, I still received enormous support from the offshore and the on-site team.

Teammates and colleagues are very understanding. There is a huge gaming area in the office. Company policies have many things to claim as an employee. Every six months, there is a possibility of your hike or increment. After completing a target or a project goal, it is always celebrated on weekends with the entire team. Everyone, including the managers, is accommodating and guides a lot.
