Teammates and colleagues are very understanding. There is a huge gaming area in the office. Company policies have many things to claim as an employee. Every six months, there is a possibility of your hike or increment. After completing a target or a project goal, it is always celebrated on weekends with the entire team. Everyone, including the managers, is accommodating and guides a lot.

There is nothing to dislike here about working.

SyncCore has an excellent work culture and environment, especially the support and guidance from higher management, making our stay in the organization. In addition, career growth and learning horizons are wide open if you put your efforts in the right direction for your work.

I like the company's management, company policies, and work culture. Working with such a brand organization and learning different technologies is a great pleasure.

Supportive and understanding staff. Good scope for learning. Overall and also ladies safety policies are very good. Every year bonus and Appraisals are fair on performance basis.

Big company, Sometimes things move slow and can test your patience.

There is a good work environment and culture team. It is supportive as well as the management is good and supportive and transparent and the company policies are very good, appraisals are fair and they give a good salary hike and bonus every year. It's nice working in synccore.
