Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive, and the management is transparent. There is a massive platform for future growth. And also, company policies are good, appraisals are fair, and they give good salary hikes and bonuses every year.

Teammates and colleagues are very understanding. There is a huge gaming area in the office. Company policies have many things to claim as an employee. Every six months, there is a possibility of your hike or increment. After completing a target or a project goal, it is always celebrated on weekends with the entire team. Everyone, including the managers, is accommodating and guides a lot.
