Lack of options for tax saving like food coupons. The upper management lacks strategic planning and cannot foresee market demands and use resources effectively. Instead they fire whole bunch of employees and hire new ones. Also there is a lot of nepotism in this company due to which there is no fair judgement.

They provide desktops for us to do work from home. Simply they want work progress irrespective of personal life . Life is more torcher here. Villages there is no proper internet But they want work. If powercut is there means need to extend work late night.

Working in Synaptics, it's like an another family for me. But..... In this quarantine time it didn't happen.... Synaptics just left us.... because of layoffs Not supporting at all aspects I don't no whether will get a job after this quarantine

Corporate Trainings are missing. It is required to improve your knowledge and will aid in your project.
