Below the market Salary, poor hike, no bonus forget about promotion, sudden layoffs, No learning curve, only leads get rewarded, no chance to grow for mid senior employees. Leaders have No vision for future. Demotivated employees. Everyone looking for job, trying to get out from this company.

Frankly speaking nothing much of liking, except you have lot and lot of time in hand then go ahead and do whatever you want. If your team is not based in India, its more good as pol outside are more professional and least bothered to do micromanagement. This job profile holds no value addition to your resume unless you have already worked in this type of job role. If you are any way want to solve problem through your coding skills, this is a complete trap kind of JD.

Dislikes

They come with different JD and makes you do different work, but in my case, i got to know in last round that the JD is different from what I am going to do, as the manager who was from other country, said explicitly about it, not knowing what is being done by hiring manager in India. So get lucky if the manager/lead is not from india.

The company used to be Good, but lame-duck leadership who didn't have any clue what they were doing, shameless came to all hands and said oh we spent 100 million dollars without any revenue, and after N number of failures also they came again to all hands with a smile and say they need to restructure and remove engineers who are not at all responsible for what is happening. All the leadership takes wrong decision after wrong decision sits pretty smiling.

Likes

There's nothing impressive, they feed and provide. Luckily they aren't firing in large numbers, but they also don't provide any benefits.They seem to be good at sustaining their customers.

Dislikes

They are very slow to adapt to any new market trends or technologies.

Likes

Flexible work environment. Free lunch & cab. Once upon a time it was open culture.

Dislikes

Poor leadership qualities. Literally nobody motivates & nobody cares. Lack of work throughout the org has made situation worsen further. Promotions are given without any logic. Ppl sitting idle get promoted whereas critical ppl working hard delivering things gets nothing. No learning opportunities as no way you can go further in career here.
