Symrise fragrance team has good working environment .(Flexible working hours+ Free food) Though the office is not big but you will get that lively vibe while working of you are in Symrise fragrance team.Upper management (CI- division) is sensitive and clear

Unfortunately the same working culture has not been in CI division..I won't say that I dislike but this are improvement areas * Specify your requirement at time of hiring as designation is KAM but actual job is of Business development . * Patience is Key when you are entering into new market or pushing new product. *They should leave controlling kind of environment and give autonomous culture to employees. * Sometimes, lack of empathy .. If you are working with Indian distributor (Mid level) then go for this role and if you are already working in MNC and want to switch for financial gains then take your call ..

Overall it is good company to work with. Only area I felt had scope of improvement is appreciation which would help employees have more passion towards work
