Overall company is good, HR team is easily reachable.

Dislikes

there is no work life balance. People in the will not let you work in peace. lot of ego between the people in the team. People are busy to find out others issue in the work.

Bad for testers.no growth for testers.skill development is good for developers and not that much great for QA.hikes is also not at all great.promotions is not at all great.some worst employees will be getting higher packages and they will be in better designations.

Good Working hours and work life balance

Dislikes

Strong lobbying by management. They just hire their ex colleagues and do all partiality which they ever can. A company run by some capable leaders and their favourite person. Not good place for individual’s growth.

- Few really mature and intelligent people in the leadership team. - Really good benefits offered across the company in all its offices.

Dislikes

- Red tapes - Extremely dirty and cheap politics in India office. - Micro-management - Biases, favouritism and lack of holistic feedback - Demeaning comments by immature, half-wit so called Male leaders in the India office. - Many in the Indian leadership team are too crass and undeserving to be in the position they hold. - Friends and Family company, lack of merit based hiring and promoting mechanisms. - India is just a low cost execution centre for the US counterparts. - PI planning dates are made so sacrosanct and such a big deal that no individual team member can fall sick, take leave, have no emergency at home etc even if the 'planning' changes again mid-PI. This was one such utterly ridiculous rule , specially in India office.
