I like my colleague's that's it ..I was working so long because of my colleagues.

Dislikes

... the job. They don't provide any of the maternity benifits to the working women. Because I was pregnant they don't even give me the increment in my salary. They don't provide incentives if u quit the job. They don't provide job security. Work culture is also not good. If u got late by 1 min then also they will cut ur half day salary. So, overall experience was average.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
