Some teams in engineering side are not good and high level management ( technical architect and product manager, team lead) are doing politics on the junior level employees. No job security and worst culture.

Working with Symphony Talent has been a bad experience for me. The only good thing about the job was the pay package and colleagues.

I had a horrible experience with Symphony Talent. No training, no streamlined process, zero career growth, extremely low job security, high office politics and many more. Will not recommend it to anyone.

Full of toxic people. Toxic work culture. If you are good in follow ups without doing work then it's best fit for you. If you don't want to work but know how to put your blame to other it's best fit for you. Forget about work life balance. For them, communication means if they are tagging you in mid night and you are not replying then be ready for the feedback. Feedback means warning from them Lead means monitoring. Each 2 hrs he will ping to check the work did you completed The list is so big for cons.

Old tech stack. Lack of automation in key processes/ verticals. Yes-man, semi fascist culture. New ideas not welcome if they come from outside "their" group/ or their approval. Egg shell egos.

#1 No Job Security. Layoffs every quarter. No good upper management. Frequent changes in upper level management. No proper goals for the future of this company. They use old tech stacks. No learning curve or challenging work. You have to stay like a frog in a well. Good salaries are only for the low level employees. No Promotions/ appraisals.
