Work life balance Work for long hours , you might stay back for nights also ,Sometimes need to work on weekends too. Worst thing is you’ll never know when work comes. Very hard to plan our personal things. Nobody has smile on their faces in office. Everyone looks unhappy because of timings . This is the Only con this company has , i hope they’ll realise soon. And work on it . And dear seniors even juniors deserve some respect .

Company pay if work on Saturday or Sunday. Provides lunch 3 Saturdays off

Dislikes

They can fire you without a proper reason. To much internal politics . IT admin things he is the boss of the company. Some people are getting special treatment while others are suffering

There's nothing I really dislike about my previous experience also they allowed me to improve my skills and learn new tasks, and I'm grateful for those opportunities
