...s from time to time to appear as a master. But on the other hand, he is a miser. The two things I liked about the company are, 1]the salary used to be credited on time—no delay in that matter. And 2] The office has strict timings, you come on time you leave on time. No overtime unless and until you have to visit on-site for work or for client meetings. These were the only two things to like about the company, but with the type of culture, this company has it's very tough to deal with.

Dislikes

Company Work Culture. Every employee does a lot of backbiting against other employees. But will talk sweetly in front of each other's faces. Basically, everyone working there has 2 faces. I was working here as an intern, and the work culture was very toxic and demotivating. For instance, during my first week of joining, one employee told me that it was impossible for me to sustain myself here for a long. And the cherry on the cake is the director of the company itself. The director thinks that if he watches Webinars, he has gained knowledge, and we as employees have to gain results according to that Webinar. If we fail to do that then we are at fault and we don't know anything like we are useless resources for the company. Like how can you assume that? The director is totally nuts. He even taunted a female employee because she kept her food in the fridge saying, her (the female employee's) expectations are growing day by day versus the outcome from her side being low. The director even hides Coca-Cola bottles in his cabin thinking other employees would finish them causing him extra money. In short, the director is a crazy and weird miser.
