The company has good teammates are good supportive. While being new to the field and company everything was very exciting but then later you realise there is no such career growth and the company offers no appraisals. During covid-19 lockdown also, they never paid and there was no support from the company.

Dislikes

No appraisals, no growth, disrespectful culture through higher authority.
