Old management very good and always supports employees but new management and plant heads are very rude and unprofessional

MANAGING DIRECTOR IS VERY SUPPORTIVE.HE GAVE LIFE TO MANY POOR PEOPLE.

THERE IS NO COORDINATION WITH TEAM MEMBERS,TEAM HEAD DOES NO ENCOURAGE FRESHER PEOPLE.TEAM HEAD DOES NOT SUPPORT WHILE INCREMENTS .

When I was joined at company which ever the company polices are good but team mates are supportive

Recently I have got fever so that I went home for 50 days so that they have stopped my increment in this year I have not satisfied with my salary

Symed labs is one of the good pharmaceutical company. It providing mask and glouses for employee safety in this pandemic period. It follows safety measures for defeat covid-19. Work culture and management is good.

Transportation is one of the problem to reach company, employees who are not living nearby company.
