Working period in Symbiotec pharmalab I have excellent feel and teammates are supportive . I have enjoy of every moment with symbiotec Family. I salute to Symbiotec organisers.

I didn't face any problems but I have personally problem dut to low salary growth and no promotion according to my hardwork in 3years inexperience which spend in symbiotec.

...some and all yhe seniors are suportive and motivate down the line for learning. Working environment and salary heads are excellent than other organization.

Poor management policy because some people . No transparency in management. They not give salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't trash our employees issues. There is a bond of 2 years before 2 years cannot resign. and career growth is very poor . And not provide a proper training of employees
