You get your salary on time

Dislikes

Most hopeless Principal Director. Very egoistic. Against giving salary increments. if given the amount is only Rs.1000/- does not have respect for the employees who really work hard & round clock with her. Most hopeless. I left the job in June 2017 after working for 6 years. I will not recommend anybody to join & spoil career.

Worst experience ever .. Don't ever apply for the post of EA to the principal director of SOES.

Dislikes

The probation period is of one year but they will not give a time of 1 month to learn and adjust with new environment. They will fire just like that.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
