Run from this place. Don't waste your time.. They will hire you and fire you. There is no logic in their behaviour. Internal politics by an ex army woman, who is otherwise unemployable. She is the only constant factor.

Worst management in my decade years of working tenure. They consider employee like hard core labour. People average staying time is not max then 3 months especially if they are directors of school because they need to interact directly with the top management.

They are playing with careers of people, any time they can tell you to leave. Very unprofessional. People join because of Symbiosis brand... But this is not exact Symbiosis of Prof. Mujumdar sir thought of.

The only thing good about the job is getting to teach students and learn the courses you want to learn.

Pathetic management, Head HR doesn't have basic Ethical values, the management lacks courtesy to speak to professors in a professional way. Faculty are treated like labourers and asked to spam 1000s of list of admission candidates. Please be ready to work on Sunday as symbiosis skills and professional University has no work ethic.

To retain ambitious and dedicated professionals, it is recommended that the organization prioritize creating a healthy, merit-based environment, free from politics and bias. Investing in transparent processes, team-building initiatives, and a fair grievance redressal mechanism will not only enhance employee satisfaction but also contribute to the organization's long-term success. Would like to add, pathetic seniors who are always insecure for there own survival and completing webseries episodes in working hours and wasting entire day especially admission team there blame games never ends about some respected faculties. Admission team don't have any respect for faculties or anyone else they think they run the organisation.
