Some of the top management people are spoiling the culture of Symbi name and fame, Pro chancellor dosen't know I think.need improvement,otherwise employees like me will suffer.

Politics and poor employment policies of asking for reliving job,without prior intimation. Pro chancellor must look into this.

Job cultural as my work experience was good.. Management and others members are to good.. Helpful... And company policies base everything is like government rules and company following rules are very carefully and good experience no problem
