There is a lot of politics, everyone uses their work, those who are HOD people are doing injustice to the staff, there is no one to listen to the staff. Very bad experience for me.... But the institute is Good & so.e of HOD are worst.

There is a lot of injustice happening at the staff and false accusations are being made against them, the management is careful, there is no proper justice.
