...he colleges in Symbiosis Falling quality of the student Exteme focus on money Disciminatory salary structures, no parity High level of favouritism and no transparency in the HR policies and very biased in terms of promotions. Directors appointed are not very capable and visionary. No recognition to your work Loadings with admin work No timely promotions Highly demotivating work environment Welfare measures for staff are not great.

Likes

The ambience of work culture is amazing. The experienced head of the department and my co-workers are supportive. They promote good technical assistance and experimentation. They strictly follow the guidelines of policies mentioned. They are open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology with costly instruments. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work in collaboration happily. I also like the policy of employee re-hire here.

Dislikes

The compensation is decent, but as such the growth is average. The work pressure is high that inculcates mental pressure and curbs quality research work up to some extent. The job security is poor.

Likes

The University leverages each potential of the employee here. Their is always a room of freedom for working and creatively do the assigned work.They ensure that all trainings (FDP) are always attended and the professors.gets hook upon new.trends and changes happening in the education sectir. THE MANAGEMENT has been supportive and in connect with us.

Dislikes

Company policies are good, while the salary is decent but my career growth is slow. Management should acknowledge team members who are been with them for almost a decade and plan fast-track growth for them. Identify their area of interest and help them grow which in turn will help the University to rich newer heights, as they are the ones who have around for long and have contributed some part to grow the University.

I saw living Nazi culture in Indian education sector, which was dream to see history event come true.

Dislikes

Symbiosis will ruin your personal so much you won't have anything in your life rather Symbiosis. Then how can you hate only thing(slavery) you have in your life. I would say you will have Stolkhome syndrome.

Likes

Monitored, structured and extremely well balanced Academics, Sports and Extra Curricular activities. Truly international standards. I love to learn the vast inter disciplinary nature of work at Symbiosis International University.

Team involvement can be improvised towards achieving the aim, vision and mission of Symbiosis International University.
