...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. It's a great place to start a career for freshers and there are lot of opportunities with Sykes and Sykes is growing and to be frank I love the company.

Work environment was very good. Teammates were very good until everyone started leaving Sykes for better oppurtunities. I didnt feel pressurized coz Ive seen few people from my previous organisation and worked under them.

Dislikes

...ng into next level was difficult task as they dont give chance to deserved ones. Forget about salary hike it happens once in a life time who will be in Sykes. Food isnt better option at Sykes. Appraisal's only for only support team and that too they need to keep on asking about it and not that satisfactory as well.

...on't join this company..now it is Foundever. They play all games with employees. no salary no work-life balance.

The only good part of the organisation is HR, they do support and understand.

I had a interview, and surprisingly I never had salary discussion part with any HR at all they just send me offer letter if I call to discuss they have no time. Alright and they don't allow any gadgets on floor but have no lockers as log outs reserve the lockers for the whole and organisation do nothing on it. Coming to the culture as it's fine for now. But they give false hopes and fool here which just give false statements which they change it later. And having good amount of experience at work previously, here they pay me less than my previous ctc and in hand. They said something and I get something else. In span of two months this all I could experience.

One of the most n worst atmosphere I’ve seen on site don’t know how it’ll be if it’s WFH Much politics are being. they can’t even provide you a coffee machine though you are working in night shifts
