The only good part of the organisation is HR, they do support and understand.

I had a interview, and surprisingly I never had salary discussion part with any HR at all they just send me offer letter if I call to discuss they have no time. Alright and they don't allow any gadgets on floor but have no lockers as log outs reserve the lockers for the whole and organisation do nothing on it. Coming to the culture as it's fine for now. But they give false hopes and fool here which just give false statements which they change it later. And having good amount of experience at work previously, here they pay me less than my previous ctc and in hand. They said something and I get something else. In span of two months this all I could experience.

One of the most n worst atmosphere I’ve seen on site don’t know how it’ll be if it’s WFH Much politics are being. they can’t even provide you a coffee machine though you are working in night shifts

It's a good place to work as the managers respond to the issues ASAP.

The pay is not satisfactory. No hike even after an year. They show that they're giving us sodexo credits, instead they're deducting our own money from salary and giving it as sodexo credits. Some of the TLs really don't respond to the issues which we face, we need to keep on bugging them all the time. No health insurance provided. Usually, if your joining as a fresher, your package will be 2.5 Pa, but you'll be paid only 13.5k Pm, where as you need to get paid around 17-18k after cuttings.

...,they are really supportive. This job has security depends upon our performance. They are more benefits other than salary if we perform good and well we'll appreciated by senior authorities and I'm blessed with this job and thank you very much

The place is very comfy to work and office is located in a very clean and peaceful environment.

Dislikes

There is no proper cafeteria facility and no hike as well. No job security, people who are looking for a good carrier growth and development of their skills and knowledge is waste of time for them to try over here. Managers and HR's are not polite and friendly. Have many political clashes amongst each teams.
