Delay in Salary almost every month. Management staff is very irresponsible and careless. No Job security especially for freshers. No cab and other facility. No other funds and medical facilities. Delay in sales incentive. No US holidays and only very few indian holidays and if you wanna use your EL then it is very hard to take. Even if you have enough EL remaining. They always denied and don't approve leaves easily.

Likes

Work environment is great. Supportive seniors, specifically Siddharth basu the best person in the company. One thing I didn't like much is management, no work distribution.

The only thing I didn't like is the management of the company and less salary. Overall the company is good enough to kick start your career.

If you are fresher you can learn sales skill and you are gonna work on it employees are very helpful in nature infact company manager is good with you like your friend he will help you alot to grow your skill

Companies salaries date are not good they provide you salary on every 10 and it can extend by 2 3 days giving some bank problem no salary slips will be provided every month your washroom break will be monitored they will control you
