Syenergy is my first Company and this company is very good. I learned a lot from my seniors like Gopal sir, Narender sir they did not discriminate among any employees. And one is my favourite our Lalita Ma’am is so awesome and she is very helpful.

...he slalry issue here is huge. I am not leave this job. We were freed by force. I joind Syenergy in Sep 2015 and my salary was 10k but when I left the company my salary was 23k. In the last 6years. If I had given it to some other company in 6years, Perhaps my growth would have been much batter.

...worked with till today. Management is supportive.HR guides you about everything. Salary provided by them is great. I have best time of my life while doing my training in synergy environics.

No apprials, salaries are joke. Management, MD is a p*g in a human disguise, treats people like animals. No work apprectaion or appreciationand trust on individual skill of people, management thinks they are the best tho they are the people who don't know anything about anything.
