They reliving employees from their job directly. They don't pay pending salaries and they don't fund to PF as well.. Forget about health Esic or health benefits..

Their behaviour is bad, provided salary are neglected, no food to employee , no health scheme, no official vehicle , bad support, own travel charge, Low quality, work environment is poor, High work load, Managers and high level staffs are less knowleageble, illegal software using, they see engineer as labor. They quarrel for every one rupees. Highly back politics in company.

Some of the Colleagues are co-operative. Management also very co-operative. Personally looks in to upgrading the staff.

... including misleading management about employees. Keep employees under pressure. Offer salary below the company standards. Many more can say about this person. Why company tolerating this person, affecting company reputation?

Some of the staff of the company are such that they cheat the company and the senior persons in the company do not know how to get the field work done. They do not give advance conveyance to the field work boy who does the work and the company does not provide the material on time. Because of this, there are a lot of problems in doing field work due to which the company may have to face huge losses in the future. I enjoyed working in a serial company but there are all these flaws in the company which I share. want to do
