Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

There's nothing to like about this company

Dislikes

They are scammers. Will make you work and will not PAY YOU SALARY. They deducted tax, PF from salary and never deposited to the government. No paid leaves. No employee benefits. If you want to destroy your career join this company.

Nothing, worst experience so far

Dislikes

Worst company to join. They told me that you can join from a particular date and issued an offer letter. But when i went for joining on the date written on that offer letter, i was informed that position and job is on hold. Company didn't even bothered to inform. I have buy out the notice period and then came to join in. No sense of responsibility. Now when i am following up no response. They just play with people's carrier
