A good company to work for. They have only a remote option, so expect to work from home only. I was employed by them to help recruit Tech Support Engineers. They have a lengthy process for shortlisting candidates and giving them an offer. I reported to an HR manager there. Flexible work hours, but no guarantee on Job Security. Anytime they can tell you "we dont need you". This is even if you are a permanent employee. Only the Engineers are safe in this organisation. The rest of the teams like Sales, Customer Success, HR's, Consultants and Marketing teams are subject to performance or if they really need them or not

Dislikes

Limited meet ups to see other employees. Company meets are once a year. Its a startup, so expect to lose your job anytime no matter how good an employee you are in performance as well. Hierarchy structure not in place. Anytime they can say we dont need a third HR. Management takes a lot of time to select candidates and then after those candidates are given a offer they leave themselves for better pay elsewhere Company mainly focuses on cultural fit and skills-set, but the pay/salary may not be the best for the Engineers.

Dislikes

The company culture has drastically changed during my tenure there. The leadership plays a lot of politics. Don't know if the CEO is aware of that or not. Alot of biasness towards certain teammate, where you will not see any designation boundaries, but with others the leadership will act like they don't exists neither their work exist. Horrible place for you mental health.

Likes

One of a kind culture where its not about competition when your interview is conducted. People are kind and you are free to share your thoughts and ideas on how to improve a process/structure. The company looks out for genuine candidates and the interview process is conducted in a professional manner. The management is excellent. Work life balance is great. No micro management. They trust that you can work on your own. Its an only English speaking environment too which is great

Dislikes

Consultants don't get the opportunity to be part of team meets which happen in different cities. It is only once you are a permanent employee that all these benefits roll in.

Fantastic team and a great leadership team to work with. A terrific product that demands your A-game. Swym encourages you to upskill and also provides the necessary support. Overall amazing place to learn a lot and contribute!
