Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

No work culture No option of skill development, and appraisal is a joke Full office politics. Company divided in two teams. Where the employee will get grind. Customers will screw you up but management will keep quite without any headache

Nothing is good here due to management mind-set. Employees does not get respect management as deserved.

Dislikes

Work Environment is pathetic Employees need to reports to multiple bosses which leads to confusion in the work There is no work life balance as they wanted to employees works beyond log-out time and even Sunday's.

well BDK valves has very good product portfolio but lot of old employees left organisation due to lack of clarity of management pay scale for new employee is less
