Still I haven't face any situations where I may be dislike this organisation, I am very much okay and comfortable with this organisation culture

Its a good event management company. Good place to start for freshers. Good place to work if you have very less qualification and no skill.

Dislikes

There is no proper management system. The founder of the NGO is a micromanager. Qualified and experienced people are not valued here. I have seen people leaving the organization within 1 week or few months after joining. They don't pay travel allowance and even last month salary to many employee after their exit. They take positive review from employees and post them on their social media handle but after few months they mentally harass the same employee and force them to leave.

After working for a prior period, it feels like I have got demotion in my job career. If anybody wants to get success in their career stay away from this hell. After every quarter they asks employees to give positive review forcefully and most dangerous side is if any employee doesn't agree with their decision they use some cheap allegations and bring an end to that employee's job.

If your job role is related to Beneficiary Projects then there can be a few likes. Otherwise it will be a BIG NO. Almost timely salaries.

There are a couple of Mister knows it all, who has got the unofficial, imaginary power of attorney in the organization for each and every aspect of work related to this organisation.

Management system of this organization is just a nutshell along with the core members of this organization are psychopath. Even their HOD is also pathetic person.
