Employees behavior good and working environment good but salary growth is very poor and they were not give proper salaries what an employees credit have. So give 5 renting out of 10.

Long travel, no work life balance, forced to work on holidays, no company holiday list, late expense payment. This is the facts in kerala service. I don't have any information about other states. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
