...n front office.. my team was supportive enough but the management is very poor.. very pathetic duty hours with a very pathetic pay.. Stuff crunch is the main problem.

...oblem is I work in nine month This place So I go for Interview as A 3rd commi.But my Chef Say Right now we have no vacancy,So you continue do ojt again Nine month And salary give only 5000.So that’s the reason I left this hotel.thats the problem.

I was interested to continue my service at Swissotel, but unfortunately circumstances made me to resign from my service. It is so painful to me. In future if they will give me any opportunity, I shall ready to serve.

The best thing for new commer is getting a fragrance environment. & good team spirit.

The superior employee are guide to junior, but the way of guide is not looking good because initially we were thought that are rolled to us.
