...it reports or do unnecessary tasks on weekends and after hours. Got a good role. Salary and bonus was paid on time. Renowned brands to work with. Learned a lot.

Dislikes

...th opportunities as the hierarchy is flat. Not advisable for a long time career. Old timers were asked to leave as salary increments were no longer possible for them. The owner and the family members were very demanding and at times the employees had to bend over to accommodate their personal requests. Extremely strict with regards to timings which is weird when the whole world is moving towards flexi timings. Smoke breaks, lunch breaks, laughing out loud and other normal things were looked down upon.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
