On time salary, cab facilities, fun activities, learnings, leaves, etc overall my company is best place to work.. I am missing my company.

Only thing I dislike in the office was my team leader Anithavalli Kollabattula. Annoying and irritating person I ever seen before in our company. Apart from her rest everything was super cool.

Flexibility Employee care during travel. Additional pay on festivals

1) Leaves need to credited in terms of money if not taken. 2) Weekends should be considered as offs . 3) Over planning and less execution

I don't like anything here, This organization should band in india as per company policy there is 5 day's working but management wat all employees should work 7 days 24*7 i have never seen this kind of behaviour in any organisation

No work balance need to available 14*7, very poor and worst organisation, no promotion and variable pay was mentioned on my offer letter but not provided to any employee

...*Internally they change roles as per thier wish( to a lower role, Not Higher) * Salary is very less * Forget Growth, Don't even get me started. There are people's working for 5 years still in same role that they have joined in. * Many More Note : I have worked in Swiggy as Onboarding Executive in Swiggy S&O so this review is solely based on respective team. I have heard Central Team Work Culture is good not sure about it.

...positions because you'll be having better team and educated people to work with. Salary wise it's better pay at this grade. Job is for starters and to those who were having long gap from their last job.

It's a target based job. The real issue arises that who is your reporting manager and how it works between you two. If you're joining on contract and your manager doesn't like you then your contract will end by putting you PIP even when your other team mates are performing worst then you. In FM you'll not develop any skills apart from Google Sheets and MS Excel and to somewhat extent your communication skills in Hindi. If you're experienced in professional environment then you'll regret by joining this job because there is Zero Professionalism here. Since work load will be huge due to manpower crunch so you'll not be getting any time for work-life balance if you're a genuine workaholic person.
