... Some of the best minds work here. Very fast paced. Best practises are followed. Good pay and benefits.

Dislikes

No work life balance. On calls are hectic. You have to forget sleep during oncalls and few days after it. There is a lot of interdependency between teams. For every small task you need to reach out to other teams. Constant followups for reviews and permissions. You need to test your own code, QAs are provided only when absolutely necessary. Deployments are nerve wrecking.

The management of this company is very good, salary is received on time and if there is any issue, it is resolved on a complaint.

Dislikes

If any customer files a wrong complaint, then at that time we do not have any option to tell whether this is a fake complaint due to which our complaint gets increased and the refund amount also increases.

Dislikes

Only thing I dislike in the office was my team leader Anithavalli Kollabattula. Annoying and irritating person I ever seen before in our company. Apart from her rest everything was super cool.

How the hell can you cook food and deliver it in just 10 minutes???

I was wondering the same thing last night.. Even my mother cannot cook food and hand it to me as fast as 10 minutes! Even maggi takes longer too cook, if you're cooking it properly. So how are Zepto, Swiggy and Zomato planning to do it? The answer is, highly unhealthy ultra processed half cooked food! No no, I am not saying that it'll be bad in taste, it'll be tasty as hell for sure, how else will they survive then, but I can vouch that this food will be highly ultraprocessed and unhealthy for us. Please don't sacrifice your health just to get food delivered in 10 minutes!
