Worst work culture. People have no work life balance you get calls post working hours your working hours are minimun 10/11 hours daily. General managers are sweet talkers they dont care about others mental and physical health. 8 people joined and left within a span of 1 year in my team. I am soon leaving due to some financial crisis which my GM is aware about i am working here of which he is miss-using and taking advantage

There is A girl in management & her boss they just destroyed your life.no weekends no holiday is there & also no timing for work 24hrs job or they scold you & their behaviour also tooo bad.they didn't understand your problem.

It is a good company with many perks and benefits provided by the company. They always pay you on time and will give you many good opportunities to indulge in some extra curricular activities.

Dislikes

The Work life balance sometimes can be sucking and frustrating it all depends on your team and your manager. In my case my Manager was a jerk and always wanted everyone to work on weekends as well to complete the revenue targets. There is always a pressure to perform otherwise you can be laid off whenever company is out on budget and is in loss. Be careful and chose your time wisely since as I mentioned above it all depends on your manager how good you can be here.
