Prohance is the main issue which caused the work culture bad and also not much communication between peers and its not an achievement,its ruining all the work environment,work life balance.All other managers and the heads of my department always like the employees who will praise them.So,those employees are taken into appreciation and appraisals.They wont recognise the hardwork at all.Treating.Mainly in catalog team buttering the managers became the main issue as there are more politics involved.Treating the employees like Robots

Really good at salary and work benifits no matter what your position is or where you are situated

Really bad work life balance & coustomer reviews and Outlook towards the India next branch of Swiggy (India next = small cities ) . Job become a hassle faster than you can think and some aspects of its become bad really quick.

Maxx system is very very bad, maxx system bonus activated for less order pay and return pay, bull dogy person in management these days thats why leave work from swiggy

I like a job to work in Swiggydelivery. But this is not sufficient job salary for future. Incase any emergency leave there is Not options To inform company.

Only thing I dislike in the office was my team leader Anithavalli Kollabattula. Annoying and irritating person I ever seen before in our company. Apart from her rest everything was super cool.
