I don't like anything here, This organization should band in india as per company policy there is 5 day's working but management wat all employees should work 7 days 24*7 i have never seen this kind of behaviour in any organisation

No work balance need to available 14*7, very poor and worst organisation, no promotion and variable pay was mentioned on my offer letter but not provided to any employee

1.Please don't join swiggy company through offroll or on contract basis 2.No job Security. 3.They just kicked out just after 3 months saying due to company loss but contract period is for 11 months. 4.Please don't trust swiggy offroll Jobs. 5.Deeply disappointed by Swiggy Store startup.

Working as a manager it gives you strength and learnings of team handling work process. Its not only about work but also a respect to the post. As the company is newly opened and hope are high for getting promoted faster according to my peformance. Its the good company to work with to get a good experience on a E-Commerce + Food Sector which gives you a good knowledge of industries.

Dislikes

Accordingly the salary expected here is much lower than expected. Working for continous long shifts and late nights to get the work done, which doesnt ends on a time. We dont get appreciation from the time being. Everyone wants here to get there work done thats it. The salary promised and paying is variance.Dont get any kind of appreciation here. Just to come and get the work done for the shift you being there and get out. Sometimes working or learning from or by seniors doesnt workout good.

If you're working in Sales then Swiggy is the place to be. Salary based on your experience is at par with market standards and work culture is amazing. There are various perks and reimbursement associated with the job and incentives are there. Work life balance is good in this job role and the best thing is that there is cubicle-less culture which means your L1, L2 managers and even your city head work next to you and can be approached for any and all sorts of advices and discussions.
