If you're working in Sales then Swiggy is the place to be. Salary based on your experience is at par with market standards and work culture is amazing. There are various perks and reimbursement associated with the job and incentives are there. No job security hence I attrition ratio. Company doesn't consider profitability of restaurant partners, only itself. Hence some targets given to sales managers are harmful to the restaurants.
